The event is held on Church and Market Streets around Mudgee’s iconic Clock Tower.

4pm – 8pm

Flavours of Mudgee is a free public event. You can however purchase a token tasting package if you wish to sample local wines.

A Tasting Package includes x 5 tasting (30mL) tokens and a souvenir Flavours of Mudgee tasting tumbler. 

A Flavours of Mudgee Treat Package includes 3x tasting tokens* and a souvenir KIDS Flavours of Mudgee cup.
*Redeemable at participating food vendors only

You will be able to collect your tasting package (tokens and souvenir glass) from the designated pick-up zones within the event area on the night.

To collect ahead of time, visit the box office located in The Stables carpark, 84 Market Street Mudgee on the following dates and times:

Saturday 16 September: 10am - 2pm

Monday 18 September: 11am - 3pm

Tuesday 19 September: 11am - 4pm

Wednesday 20 September: 11am - 4pm

Thursday 21 September: 11am - 4pm

Friday 22 September: 11am - 6pm

Saturday 23 September (Event day): 10am - 4pm

You will need to present a copy (printed or digital) of your ticket to receive your tasting package.

Yes, bottles will be available at cellar door prices. Alcohol may only be removed from the event if it is unopened.

No, no refund is given on any unused tokens.

Yes, EFTPOS will be available however not all participating wine or food vendors may offer this. Several ATM’s are also available throughout the event area.

Yes, Flavours of Mudgee is held on a sealed surface.

There is ample free local parking in the area.

For those staying within Mudgee Township, Ogden's Coaches will be operating a $5 return hail & ride, payable in cash only to the driver.

Thanks to Transport NSW, coach services from Gulgong, Rylstone, Kandos and Lue will also be available. Prices range from $6-10. To purchase head to 123Tix.

Smoking on the premises is only permitted in designated smoking areas and not within other event areas. A designated smoking area is located at Church St (Mortimer St end).

No pets or animals permitted, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.

Yes, NSW First Aid will be located out the front of Mudgee Library on Market Street.

Tables and chairs are available throughout the event area and in the Anglican Church grounds.

Toilet facilities are located in the Anglican and Catholic Church Grounds. An accessible toilet will be available in the Catholic Church grounds or located at nearby establishments within the event area, including the Woolpack Hotel, Lawson Park Hotel & Kelly’s Irish Pub.
